SA Cyclist, Catherine Colyn – athlete, joined us in the studio and chatted about her cycling journey and life as a professional cyclist. Catherine has had a very successful start to her 2022 cycling year with victories at the Tour du Cap and Rwanda Epic. She also told more about the E-sport cycling-online Zwifting tournaments and how her involvement in Rocacorba Cycling.
In sports, we were joined by Wellington Warriors Football Club. Their season has recently started and they gave us some more information about the club and the 2022 goals.
Our lifestyle segment included some dancing as Corne Dampies showed us some of his dancing moves and his passion for dancing!
